Order Confirmation

  • All orders are subject to confirmation by our Customer Care team.

  • After placing your order, our Customer Care team will contact you by phone to verify your order details before processing.

  • Delivery timelines depend on product availability and your delivery location. The estimated delivery date will be communicated during the confirmation call.

Delivery Charges

  • Inside Dhaka: BDT 80

  • Outside Dhaka: BDT 150

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Please inspect your product carefully at the time of delivery.

  • If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, significantly different from the product shown on our website, or you are not satisfied with the product, you must notify the delivery person immediately and request a return or exchange before accepting the delivery.

  • Returns or exchanges can only be processed in the presence of the delivery person at the time of delivery.

  • Once the delivery has been completed and the delivery person has left your location, the order will be considered accepted. After that, no complaints, return requests, or exchange requests will be accepted.

  • Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched by contacting our Customer Care team.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
